Matt Reed is a commercial photographer. A typical project brief for Matt goes something like this…

“Tomorrow you’ll be going to a location TBC, to shoot something we’re still refining, for a marketing application with a message we’re still working on. By the way, this is important. We need this to look i-n-c-r-e-d-i-b-l-e. Can you please do your thing.”

Matt’s ability to be thrown into the unknown to find strong images, mean he’s highly sought after by his clients and colleagues.

Matt first held a camera in his 20s with the intention to create photos that helped his music business at the time.

He’s been accumulating deep know-how from his practical and creative applications in business ever since.

In the last 20 years, he’s had the camera in hand for more than 5,000 commercial shoots. He’s travelled extensively to play, learn and work throughout Australia, the UK, Europe, USA, UAE, Japan and New Zealand.

His studio is based by the beach (his happy place) in Perth, Australia, close to his favourite toastie and taco hangouts.
